HOW CAN I TELL IF ENCRYPTED FILES ARE PRESENT ON MY COMPUTET

Howdy Bernie – Welcome to Microsoft Answers Customs.

If you lot use EFS then the folder and file names become light-green.
Similar with "compromised" folders and files get blueish. Anyway, if you
know that you accept used TrueCrypt or any other encrypting
software and so you know which directory or file you encrypted
last time.

If y'all're speaking of "permission" so I can tell yous that
"C:\Windows", "C:\Program Files", and "C:\Program Files (x86)" are
trusted and protected directories. You will Demand permission to
modify one of those.
